Founded in 1970 by Bruno Ermolli, Sinergetica is a leader in Strategic Management Consulting and Corporate Finance Advisory. Currently led by Co-CEOs Alessandro and Massimilano Ermolli, alongside Miguel Mutti as the managing partner of the healthcare practice, our firm serves some of the largest Italian firms, financial institutions, and public administration entities. With over 80% customer retention, our clients have trusted us for over 20 years. Alessandro Ermolli, CEO

Alessandro Ermolli, CEO and Managing Partner of the Strategy & Corporate Finance Practice, joined Sinergetica in 2005. With a strong background as Managing Director and Head of International Business Development at Gruppo SANPAOLO IMI SpA (now Banca Intesa Sanpaolo), Alessandro has extensive experience in infrastructure, manufacturing, ICT, and healthcare sectors, focusing on structured financing and M&A. He holds a MS in Finance from Bocconi Business School and is an alumnus of The Young Leaders Program of the Council for Italy and the US.

Miguel Mutti, CEO of Sinergetica Healthcare, has 25 years of experience in management, corporate and business development, M&A, integration, and restructuring in healthcare and pharma. Pierfrancesco Maschio, with over 30 years in the life sciences industry, specializes in licensing, M&A, and board advisory. He has worked with numerous international companies in pharma, OTC/X, and API businesses, including Takeda, Almirall, and Novartis. Pierfrancesco founded Ricerchimica Srl, a key pillar of Sinergetica Healthcare. He serves as an external senior advisor to EY and is a member of the IAB.
